2. What Personal Data We Collect

When you fill out the contact form or the 'Book a Meet' / 'Get a Leads Forecast' form on our website, we may collect the following personal data:

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR).

3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

3.1 Contact Form / Book a Meet

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry and schedule a consultation meeting.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent given by submitting the form.

3.2 Leads Forecast Request

Purpose: To prepare and send you a customised digital marketing leads forecast and related commercial communication.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures.

3.3 Marketing Communications

Purpose: With your separate consent, to send you newsletters, case studies, or promotional offers related to our services.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described above:

  • Contact / enquiry data: up to 2 years from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established.
  • Client data under contract: for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years after termination, in accordance with Spanish commercial and tax law.
  • Marketing consent data: until you withdraw your consent.

After the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients and International Transfers

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Email service providers (e.g. Google Workspace) — for communication purposes.
  • CRM / scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly, HubSpot) — for meeting scheduling.

All third-party processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and comply with GDPR requirements. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, they are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20) — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
